Modern kitchen in cool daylight with a brushed nickel square-spout pull-down faucet running water into a stainless undermount sink

Kitchen & bathroom

Fittings that behave the way you expect.

Brass bodies, ceramic disc cartridges, seven finishes. Free standard shipping in the United States and a twelve-month warranty on every one.

Two rooms

Where it goes decides everything.

A kitchen faucet has to reach across a big sink and take a beating. A basin faucet has to clear the bowl without splashing and sit right on a narrow vanity. We stock the two separately because they are not the same problem.

How touchless works

No batteries. No wiring. No app.

Three of our kitchen faucets are sensor-operated, and every model with a temperature readout powers that readout itself. Here is what is actually happening inside the spout.

01

The sensor sees your hand

An infrared sensor in the spout opens a solenoid valve when something enters its range and closes it when that thing leaves. The manual lever still works exactly as it always did — the sensor is an addition, not a replacement.

02

The flow generates the power

A small turbine sits in the waterway. Water passing through it generates the current that drives the temperature display, which is why there is nothing to charge and no battery to change.

03

The reading appears

A second or two after the water starts moving, the display shows the temperature at the spout. It is a readout, not a thermostat — it tells you what the water is doing, it does not set it.

The temperature display is self-powered by the turbine. The motion sensor is a separate electronic circuit — check the fitting instructions in the box for its power arrangement before you plan the installation. Email us and we will send exact dimensions and connection sizes before you order.

Finishes

Seven finishes, one code each.

Not every model comes in every finish — the choices on each product page are the ones we actually stock for that model. The code after each name is the suffix on the SKU, which is the fastest way to tell us exactly which one you mean.

Swatches are an indication, not a colour match. Plating and powder coat read differently under warm bulbs than under daylight, and every screen renders metal its own way. If an exact match to something already in the room matters, email us before you order.

What every one has

The same things, on all ten.

Model-specific numbers live on the product pages. These are the parts that do not change across the range.

We are not the manufacturer

Crivanto is an online retailer. Our faucets are made by third-party manufacturers and sold as new units. We do not claim to run a factory, and we do not put our name on a foundry we do not own. What we are responsible for is what we sell you, what we tell you about it, and what happens if it goes wrong.

Before and after

Fit it right, then leave it alone.

Bad installation is the single commonest reason a faucet fails, and it is not a manufacturing defect. Two minutes of checking before you order saves most of the problems we ever hear about.

Check before you order

  • How many tap holes your sink or basin has, and their diameter. A single-hole faucet will not fit a three-hole basin without a cover plate.
  • The clearance between where the spout will sit and the bottom of the bowl — a tall spout over a shallow basin splashes.
  • The size and type of your supply connections, and whether there is room under the sink for the hose, and for a filter housing where the model has one.
  • If you need exact dimensions before committing, email us and we will send them.

Keep the finish

  • Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry afterwards. That is genuinely all most finishes need.
  • No abrasive pads, scouring powder, bleach or acidic limescale removers. They dull the plating, and damage caused that way is not covered by the warranty.
  • In a hard-water area, dry the spout after use and rinse the aerator mesh every few months to keep the flow even.
  • Once a faucet has been connected to a water supply it can no longer be returned as unused — so check the fit before you install it.

Questions about fit, finishes or a fault go to info@crivanto.com. We answer within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays. Email is the only support channel we run, so nothing gets lost between desks.
