Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of crivanto.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by YUANYANG MARITIME INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED ("Crivanto", "we", "us"), Yau Lee Centre, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You confirm the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, finishes, connection sizes and materials. Screen colours vary, so a finish may differ slightly from how it appears on your device. Specifications are those supplied to us by the manufacturer and may change without notice as production runs are updated; where a change is material we will tell you before shipping.

All products are sold as new, unused units.

3. Installation and suitability

Our faucets are plumbing fixtures. It is your responsibility to confirm before purchase that a product suits your sink or basin — hole count and diameter, deck thickness, available clearance, and the size and type of your supply connections. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified plumber and in accordance with the plumbing codes that apply where you live. We are not responsible for water damage, property damage or consequential loss arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable water pressure, or use outside the product's stated operating conditions.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your destination country. Any price shown alongside a struck-through "compare at" figure refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail price for that model; it is a reference price, not necessarily a price at which the item has previously sold on this site. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock, pricing or fraud-screening issue — we will cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships by emailing info@crivanto.com. Once shipped, our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy applies and forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Products carry the warranty set out in our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of use. This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order. Material changes take effect when posted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
