How it works

Flip the nozzle up and it becomes a fountain — easier than cupping your hands, and better than a glass that lives by the sink.

The wand pulls out on its hose and retracts when you let go, so you can direct water where you want it.

A note on the fountain. It delivers whatever water your plumbing delivers. Only use it for drinking if your mains water is already safe to drink at the tap.

The display. A turbine inside the waterway generates its own power as water passes through — nothing to charge, no battery to change, and the reading appears a second or two after you turn the water on.

Before you order

  • Your basin needs one tap hole. This will not fit a three-hole basin without a cover plate.
  • Check there is room under the basin for the pull-down hose to travel freely — a cramped vanity or a bottle trap in the wrong place will restrict it.

Installation

We strongly recommend fitting by a qualified plumber, and installation must follow the plumbing rules that apply where you live. Isolate the supply before you start. Once a faucet has been connected to a water supply it can no longer be returned as unused, so check the fit before you install.

Care

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry afterwards. Do not use abrasive pads, scouring powder, bleach or acidic limescale removers on the finish — they dull the plating, and damage caused that way is not covered by the warranty. Rinse the fountain nozzle occasionally and keep it clear of toothpaste and soap.
